Do you ship internationally/worldwide?

We are happy to serve shoppers from all over the world. Pricing may vary based on your final shipping destination and duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Please feel free to contact us for more information.

Are there more savings when I buy in-store?

Yes! In-store shopping sometimes offers special pricing not available online. Plus, you get access to unique custom pieces.

Are there any shipping charges?

Immediate shipping from Cayman Islands may have charges. If we ship via our U.S. office and customize first, shipping is usually free. Direct shipping can take up to a week.

Is it safe to ship jewelry?

Yes, we ship our jewelry by trusted carriers such as FedEx and USPS. All our shipments are fully insured.

What are the shipping charges?

Shipping Charges vary as per your location. Custom Orders over $500 enjoy free shipping anywhere in the USA.

Is my credit card charged right away?

No. We first call to confirm availability, customization, and delivery date. Only then is your card charged.

Are there any taxes or duties when I buy online?

When you buy from us, you do not pay any taxes because your product is invoiced in the Cayman Islands. No taxes or duties apply. Shipping is free on most customized products.

How can I customize?

We are manufacturers and can customize anything. Bring your design ideas to us in-store or by email. Special orders take 2–6 weeks depending on the product.

Upgrade policy

We offer a lifetime upgrade policy on diamond and gemstone jewelry if your new purchase is at least double the original price. Exceptions may be made by management.

Returns, refunds, and warranty

All sales are final. Exchanges and repairs are allowed for manufacturing defects within 30 days. Clearance and silver items carry a 30-day limited warranty. Authorized refunds carry a 20% restocking fee.
